Great news!

I installed movable type on a Linux machine! Woohooo! It took me almost six months of reading all sorts of tutorials and easier ways of doing it (because the MT manual itself is rather complicated) but I actually ended up installing it after using the MT Manual! Yay.

I thought the hard part was over but boy am I ever wrong. My task now is to figure out the art of templates but first, I need to figure out why no images are showing up.

Anyhow, I'm excited and all eager to delve in. I'm counting the days years before I get to Moxie calibre. Don't worry, I won't be holding my breath.

My weekend was pretty uneventful; the lowlight was a family meeting Sunday night that was emotionally charged (as usual).

Oh, also I knit on the bus today. I always thought it was something I'd be too self conscious to do but I did it! On the way to work and back! I'm thisclose to finishing it and it'll definitely be done before bed tonight!
