The black scarf is finished! I love it...it's nice and long and will keep me warm warm warm all winter.

I've started on another black one (leftover yarn you see) to try out making the ribbed effect so hopefully that won't take too long.

If I get really good and fast some people might be getting homemade gifts this Christmas (better than nothing, no?).

I've noticed my crafty side has been dominating of late...or trying to...the computer geeky/nerdy side is pretty dominant too. I bought some funky beads and elastic thread and make this cool purple bracelet. I found some elastic cord today that I think will work better than the elastic thread so I can't wait to try that.

I'm pretty excited that once I get that other blog going, I'll be able to post pictures of what I'm up to!
